Northwest Citizens Patrol offers all of its services to clients free of charge. There are no charges for any services.
This Donations Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to the Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP). This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to the NWCP. Donations, whether one-time or monthly, may be made through the NWCP website, or by mailing a check, cash, or credit card information to the NWCP. Checks should be made payable to “Northwest Citizens Patrol”
1. Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable. See below for exceptions for online donations.
2. All debit/credit card transactions will be processed in US dollars. For donations made using the NWCP website, if you have made an error in making your donation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund, call the NWCP at 410-664-6927. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
