Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP) offers all of its services to clients free of charge. There are no refunds for any services.
This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to the Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP). This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP). Donations, whether one-time or monthly, may be made through the Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP) website, or by mailing a check, cash, or credit card information to Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP). Checks should be made payable to “Northwest Citizens Patrol”.
1. Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable. See below for exceptions for online donations.
2. All debit/credit card transactions will be processed in US dollars. For donations made using the Northwest Citizens Patrol (NWCP) website, if you have made an error in making your donation, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund, call the NWCP at 410-664-6927. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
